The Evolution of Stecho Electric
In 1956, Harold Stecho launched Harold Stecho Electric Ltd. as a small, family-owned electrical contracting business. Committed to quality and reliability, it quickly built a strong reputation for serving both residential and commercial clients. Over time, the company grew by focusing on innovation, integrity, and establishing long-term relationships across various industries.
In 2012, Stecho Electric expanded with the acquisition of Victoria Electric Ltd. This marked a pivotal moment as Victoria Electric joined forces with Harold Stecho Electric Ltd. and Stecho HVC Inc., uniting three trusted names under one banner. Together, they form one of the longest-standing electrical contractors in the region — a company with a proud legacy of serving Waterloo Region homeowners, businesses, and industries for generations.
